What You Will Do
Note: The original content describes the Show Systems Studio and the Studio Coordinator role with various administrative and technical support responsibilities.
Provide a variety of tactical administrative support to members of the Show Systems Studio including but not limited to the following areas/activities:
- Assist team members in troubleshooting expense reports, travel arrangements, etc.
- Support the recruiting and new hire onboarding process by tracking recruitment status, processing onboarding paperwork, coordinating equipment/logistics, and preparing office spaces
- Complete & track expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Track and handle annual budgets for various aspects of the Studio
- Work with support teams for various requests from team members such as IT, HR, Talent Acquisition, and/or Facilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of various business processes across the studio to drive increased teamwork and efficiency
- Coordinate and support logistical planning for high-priority events such as executive reviews, vendor visits, tours, etc.
- Act as the interface within the Studio for a large breadth of internal and external teams, direct requests & questions to appropriate team members and facilitate communication between partners
- Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information by screening building access requests, supporting file/document management processes, and maintaining visitor logs
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Direct experience supporting engineering and/or manufacturing teams.
- Experience in a collaborative and innovative work environment, able to communicate and collaborate with individuals and leaders across multiple technical subject areas both within and outside the organization.
- Task-oriented with an excellent sense of priority, highly organized and capable of handling a number of sensitive and important issues simultaneously.
- First-hand experience helping organizations or teams improve the efficiency or quality of their business processes, capable of inspiring change
- Possesses high attention to detail, able to ensure the first-time accuracy of calendars, reports, travel bookings, etc.
- Strong capability for independent problem solving. Comfortable being assigned an ambiguous problem/task and working through the solution independently with minimal direction.
- Strong understanding of various software packages, most notably Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and SAP.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Some College Education preferred

The base salary for this position in California is $53,300.00-$71,300.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
