Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a dynamic and growing boutique business litigation law firm located in Downtown Los Angeles. The firm is seeking an experienced Legal Marketing Manager to lead and execute all external communications and marketing initiatives. This pivotal role involves partnering closely with the managing partner to support firm-wide communications, strategic planning, and business development efforts.

Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and execute all external communications, messaging, and content across the firm's email campaigns (via Constant Contact), website, and LinkedIn page.
  • Support the managing partner with firm-wide communications and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Collect, maintain, and manage an experience database used for award submissions, client pitches, proposals, surveys, and legal directories/editorials.
  • Maintain firm contacts and mailing lists within the contact management database.
  • Prepare materials for responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), pitches, and other business development bids.
  • Draft outlines and develop PowerPoint presentations for webinars, CLE sessions, and client pitches.
  • Draft all submissions for legal rankings and awards.
  • Collaborate effectively with external vendors to meet firm obligations and complete projects.
  • Manage and track marketing and business development expenses and assist with annual budget reporting.
Qualifications
  • Law firm marketing experience is required.
  • Proven experience managing legal marketing and communications, preferably within a litigation-focused environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and presentations.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (especially Constant Contact), social media, and content management systems.
  • Experience with client relationship management databases and organizing firm contact information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to supporting business development goals.
  • Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 annually.
  • Potential for a signing bonus.
