This is a temporary position - 4-6 month contract.
What You Will Do
- Lead performance creative strategy to support growth efforts and drive profitable member acquisition, bridging Performance and Brand marketing.
- Oversee the strategy/creative testing roadmap across all markets, paid channels, and platforms, coordinating with the Manager, Global Performance Creative Operations for creative production.
- Own relationships with global media counterparts, mapping content needs and prioritizing cross-channel deliverables for maximum performance impact.
- Author performance creative briefs and production playbooks in collaboration with Global Brand Marketing, translating integrated marketing direction into performance-focused outputs.
- Lead global creative reporting and translate insights into cross-channel learnings and actionable optimizations.
- Stay informed on evolving digital trends and drive ongoing creative ideation to create and capture demand.
Who You Are
- Curious, creative, and performance-obsessed, with at least 5 years of growth marketing and people management experience, preferably within wellness, healthcare, or telehealth.
- A strategist who blends growth management with creative leadership, linking creative insights to business performance.
- A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable making decisions, and willing to test and learn.
- Able to operate within complex organizations, strong in reading people and situations, and adaptable in operating style.
Compensation and Perks
Base salary may vary depending on skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program. US Pay Range: $75 - $100 USD.
Location and Schedule
This is a temporary position; location preferences and remote eligibility may apply. WeightWatchers encourages employees to come into the office 1-2 days per week.
