Position Overview: The Service Writer will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a smooth workflow from scheduling to completion. This role involves preparing work orders, communicating with customers, coordinating with technicians, and keeping jobs on track and on time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from scheduling through completion.
• Prepare work orders, communicate with customers, coordinate with technicians, and monitor job progress to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Lightspeed experience a plus (marine or powersports industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced service environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
