About the Role:
This hybrid position requires you to work from our New York City office every Tuesday and Wednesday. You will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers with navigating the complex world of work through data-driven insights and compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead B2B performance marketing efforts with a focus on paid media and conversion optimization.
Build and scale digital campaigns that generate measurable results.
Utilize platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, and programmatic DSPs.
Leverage first and third-party data to optimize return on investment.
Implement and refine attribution models, lead scoring, and funnel metrics.
Foster collaboration across teams to create high-quality campaign content, utilizing AI tools for efficiency.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, particularly in digital campaigns.
Proven track record of driving results in the HR technology or reward data sectors is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical skills paired with commercial acumen.
Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A creative mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
An ongoing interest in digital innovation, marketing technology, and MarTech solutions.
Additional skills in SEO, database marketing, growth hacking, native/content marketing, and campaign planning are highly desirable.
