Fernway We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to support our Field Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives across the Brooklyn area. The Field Marketing Specialist will ensure top-tier in-store execution, foster relationships with retailers and consumers, and provide critical marketing support to our retail partners. This role will drive brand awareness, sales growth, and maintain strong retail relationships. Please note: candidates must have a car for this role. Key Responsibilities Support In-Store Execution: Ensure 100% execution of in-store marketing strategies, including displays, merchandising, and promotional setups, to maintain brand visibility across all retail partners. Manage In-Store Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless collaboration, provide support, and address concerns. Budtender Training: Conduct regular training sessions with budtenders to educate them on Fernway products, promotions, and selling points. Retail Store Incentives: Manage and track incentive programs to engage and motivate budtenders and store teams to promote Fernway products. Merchandising and Display: Oversee setup, refresh, and maintenance of product displays to ensure they meet brand standards. Promotional Support: Assist with in-store promotions and product launches, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Swag and Promotional Materials Management: Handle inventory, distribution, and management of swag and promotional materials. Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, activations, and pop-ups, including managing logistics, setup, and breakdown. Collaboration with Sales and Retail Partners: Work with the commercial sales team and retail partners to align field marketing efforts with sales objectives. Compliance with Cannabis Regulations: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to state and local cannabis regulations and guidelines. Target Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday + Monday off). Tuesday & Wednesday: Flex (office/field) days. Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Field days focused on visual merchandising, pop-ups, events & trainings.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in brand marketing, event planning, or a similar role Strong time-management and organizational skills Highly approachable and team-oriented personality Strong attention to detail and a passion for execution Proficiency in HubSpot and/or other CRM platforms Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Ability to travel to retail locations and events as needed Comfortable with technology and various marketing tools
