As a senior technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our internal customers. You will drive the delivery of accessible data and democratize data access through user-friendly self-service tools to redefine how we approach insights and decision-making. Responsibilities Develop new data models using engineering patterns that leverage cloud architectures and GenAI, and extend or migrate existing data pipelines. Enable the team to build GenAI-based applications that improve the efficiency of BI teams and Product Managers. Collaborate with scientists to create fast and efficient algorithms for optimization, statistical analysis, prediction, clustering, and machine learning on rich data sets. Improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service modeling and production support for customers. Ensure data stores are secure and compliant, collaborating with Privacy and Compliance teams. The base pay for this position ranges from $139,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
