Role Overview
The Senior Associate, Digital Campaigns plays a vital role in our innovative digital marketing program. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager–Advertising, you will manage the execution of multichannel fundraising campaigns and lead projects across channels such as paid and organic social media, search engine marketing (SEM), display, video, and print. You will also manage vendor relationships and contribute to strategy development.
This position supports MSF-USA’s objectives to expand digital reach and brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire new donors, especially recurring monthly donors. You will adopt an omnichannel approach centered on the donor experience and use available tools to bring MSF’s work to life for audiences, drive fundraising growth, and keep marketing strategies effective through innovation.

Prospecting
Identify and pursue strategic opportunities that create long-term value for the movement by developing new audience segments or donors in line with MSF-USA strategy.
Donor Cultivation, Engagement and Management
Build trust and loyalty with potential and existing donors. Update donors on activities and design, develop, and deliver the donor engagement strategy, potentially through channels or personal relationships.
Fundraising
Secure reliable, sustainable resources in alignment with MSF-USA commitments.
Brand Positioning
Drive awareness and consideration through brand positioning based on the brand strategy and brand plans.

Desired Qualifications & Experience
The job holder should possess:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, especially paid media (search, social, display, video). Experience with CRM/CMS systems and digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads). Familiar with emerging platforms (TikTok, podcasts).
- Strong proofreading, copywriting, and attention to detail with follow-through.
- Project management experience; ability to move from concept to launch with multiple deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication; proven teamwork with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills; proactive in identifying and implementing solutions for digital advertising.
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation across channels.

Preferred but not required
- Non-profit fundraising experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design tools
- Experience with marketing cloud tech (especially Salesforce)
Travel Requirements
Must be willing to travel for work as needed.
Location
Location: New York, NY (On-site or Hybrid). The role is based in the New York office; no support is provided for DC or California offices at this time.
Compensation
$78,399 - $117,599. Compensation will be offered within the range based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
