What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of Tax Credit/Section 8 Housing experience
• Strong leadership and team training skills
• Resident service mindset with high energy and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata preferred)
• Ability to manage budgets, occupancy, leasing, and collections effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and property inspections
• Lead, hire, and develop office and maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
• Maintain strong communication with residents, staff, and ownership
