We are working with a rapidly growing, well-funded defense startup developing cutting-edge defense technologies. With a mission-driven team and bold vision, we are expanding fast and seeking a motivated Content Creator / Marketing Specialist to help shape and amplify our brand.

The Role

As our Content Creator, you’ll own the company’s marketing presence end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has a passion for defense and technology, and is motivated to build a brand from the ground up with a high degree of ownership, creativity, and freedom. You’ll work directly with the CEO and Sales Manager, creating compelling content that captures our mission, resonates with our customers, and strengthens our position in the defense industry.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage content across digital platforms (website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Create engaging written, photo, and video content that highlights our products, milestones, and mission
• Support brand development and execute campaigns that increase visibility in the defense/government ecosystem
• Coordinate and produce content around industry events, military demonstrations, and tradeshows
• Frequent travel as needed to conferences, demos, and onsite filming opportunities
• Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure consistent messaging and branding

What We’re Looking For

• Strong passion for content creation and interest in defense / national security
• 1–5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications
• Experience with social media strategy, digital campaigns, and analytics
• Familiarity with photo/video production and editing tools (Adobe, Canva, Final Cut, etc.)
• Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Ability to work onsite with flexibility for frequent travel
