BASE SALARY: $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and profitability of the paid media portfolio by owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (across Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Manage a large-scale budget ($20M+/year) and consistently meet ROAS and revenue goals independently.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative asset development; maintain an organized asset library for rapid testing.
- Own campaign performance end-to-end: pacing, reporting, results across all assigned campaigns; optimize targeting, bidding, and creative experimentation.
- Document tests and campaign changes; share learnings to raise the performance bar for the Paid Media team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leads, account managers, and yield partners to surface headwinds/tailwinds and align on priorities.
- Leverage competitive research and tools to map the vertical landscape and identify growth opportunities; act as the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE: 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube) with revenue/ROAS as the primary KPI.
- Proven ability to manage large budgets ($20M+/year) and consistently meet ROAS and revenue goals independently.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools, plus advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative asset development.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 4 years managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats with proven success optimizing large-scale budgets ($20M+/year). Skilled at independently analyzing campaign data, generating insights, and driving ROAS and revenue growth.

Total Compensation
Base salary is set according to market rates and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company; future increases are based on company and personal performance.
