This mission is enabled by our 3 key audiences (consumers, merchants & Dashers). The Audience Insights team is part of Marketing and partners with many functions across the organization. The team brings insights to the forefront to ensure the voice of our audiences (consumers, merchants & dashers) informs decisions through research, data synthesis, and advisory across projects.
As an Audience Insights Manager, you will join our Brand Insights function at a pivotal time. This role focuses on supporting Brand goals and campaign strategies, with opportunities to help overflow insights projects across audiences. You will be part of a collaborative team that seeks to understand people at their core and unlock actionable insights for others.
Responsibilities
- Lead research that informs brand positioning, creative effectiveness, and campaign measurement
- Manage and evolve our creative testing program to optimize work across channels
- Uncover drivers of brand health, and identify opportunities for growth
- Influence Marketing leadership decisions and act as a thought partner cross-functionally
In addition to this focus, this role may involve overflow insights projects across audiences and collaboration with the broader Audience Insights team.

… And Have The Following Experiences
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Research or Insights
- Understanding of concept development, script testing, copy testing, ethnography, segmentation, brand health, and other qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Comfort with self-moderating 1-on-1 interviews
- Creative and collaborative — you enjoy solving challenging problems with a team
- Understanding of Qualtrics or extensive experience with programming surveys
- Expertise with brand tracking research using crosstab tools, stat testing tools, and indexing
- Experience with AI in research and understanding where it can accelerate impact
- Experience writing Insights proposals or learning plans and communicating methodologies to non-research stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: The starting pay will fall within the range below and is determined by factors including skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized. This role includes opportunities for equity grants. For more information, talk to your recruiter.

Paid Time Off Details
- For salaried roles: flexible PTO plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year
- For hourly roles: vacation accrual and paid sick time accrual as described in policy
National base pay range for this position in the United States: $129,200—$190,000 USD
