Job Overview
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
- Personnel Management: Manage all phases of personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, and developing on-site staff.
- Financial Management: Achieve the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and revenue & leasing improvement.
- Strategic Leasing Management: Develop yearly marketing plans and utilize marketing strategies & systems.
- Administrative & Maintenance Management: Ensure all administrative & leasing reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry.
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to communicate with others to exchange information.
- Frequently required to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

Salary Range: $50,000 per year to $53,000 per year
