Responsibilities

• Connecting & Inspiring: Engage prospective clients, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and ensure each potential project aligns with our standards.
• Designing Dreams: Create innovative, visually compelling pool designs using industry-leading software (training provided).
• Collaborating for Excellence: Present custom designs, guide clients through material selections, and coordinate with construction teams to bring projects to life.
• Project Management: Manage HOA approvals, assemble pre-construction documents (property surveys, engineering reports), and maintain accurate client and project records in our CRM.
• Delivering Superior Service: Ensure each project progresses efficiently from initial consultation through construction to ongoing maintenance, exceeding client expectations.
