ANDstudio is a full-service architecture firm based in Miami, Florida, specializing in residential and commercial projects of various scales. Our firm offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with ample opportunities for professional growth and hands-on experience across diverse project types.

We are seeking an Architect / Designer & Project Manager with at least 7 years of full-time office experience and a minimum of a 4-year bachelor’s degree in architecture. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and enthusiastic self-motivator with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and teams while ensuring high-quality design and technical execution.
  • Lead and assist in all phases of a project, from Schematic Design to Construction Administration.
  • Report directly to both Principals and collaborate closely with leadership on project strategy and execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.
  • Manage teams to produce detailed architectural drawings while coordinating with MEP and structural engineering consultants for a comprehensive set of construction documents.
  • Prepare and oversee the production of Construction Documents for permitting.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality Architectural Drawings and maintain digital file organization.
  • Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Revit, and other visualization software.
  • Effectively communicate with consultants, clients, and internal team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in an architectural office.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (5+ years) and Revit (4+ years) is required.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and leading teams.
  • Experience in assembling Construction Documents for permitting.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion (preferred but not required).
  • Strong ability to manage projects, collaborate with consultants, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative and Flexible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for Great Design
  • Work authorization in the United States is required.
