We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director - Ad Sales, with a strong focus on Direct Brand and Agency Sales, to join our growing Sales team in New York City.

What we Want:
Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients (Direct Clients & Agencies).
Sell a portfolio of digital advertising products (programmatic, direct publishers, paid search and social, video, influencer, multicultural, etc.).
Engage and influence senior client and agency stakeholders, including the C-Suite, to expand their business with Vertoz.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, onboarding, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
Foster “Forever Partnerships” by aligning with clients on long-term partnership goals.
Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with reporting and optimization recommendations.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay current with digital advertising trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Represent the company and cultivate new relationships at premier industry events.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
8+ years of experience in digital ad sales, media sales, or related business development roles.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Programmatic DSPs, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Existing relationships with media buyers, agencies, and direct advertisers (required).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
