Audio Visual Technology Support Specialist
Our client, a leading financial services company, is hiring an Audio Visual Technology Support Specialist on a long-term contract basis.
Work Location: Cleveland, OH 44113 - 5 days onsite - Must be local
Pay Rate: $33-$34/hr W2
As a member of the On-site technical support team, you play a crucial role in keeping IT operations running smoothly and ensuring customers have the support they need to effectively utilize technology in their day-to-day work.

Responsibilities
- Microsoft Surface Hubs – Configure Surface Hub settings (display, audio, network); reset or reconfigure the device when necessary.
- Crestron – Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for Crestron devices (wired and wireless); troubleshoot audio (volume, speaker, microphone) and video (display, resolution) issues; ensure devices communicate on the network.
- Microsoft Teams Rooms – Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues; troubleshoot user interface issues (touch panel responsiveness, meeting controls); ensure proper display of meeting information and controls.
- Support additional technologies including Condeco, Barco Click Share, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and AV equipment (speakers, cameras, monitors/kiosks).
Technical responsibilities
- Provide support to all customers within coverage locations (on-site, client engagement, or off-site).
- Troubleshoot and solve PC, MAC, application, AV, and network connectivity issues.
- ServiceNow ticket management; prioritize tickets and monitor SLAs.
- Support Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office365.
- Asset management: shipping, receiving, tracking, and managing hardware assets from acquisition through disposal.
- Printer support: installation, configuration, relocation, and troubleshooting.
- Event and meeting support (on-site or off-site).
- Occasional travel may be required to support other locations, client engagements, or off-site events.
- Provide remote hands support guided by the network operations team (checking ports, tracing cables, rebooting hardware, upgrading devices).
- Occasional after-hours support may be required.
