Overview

Overseas adapted dramas and English short-form content production: responsibility for topic selection and planning, script creation, filming and post-production oversight, project budgets, and accountability for project costs and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production of overseas adapted dramas and English short-form content, including preliminary topic selection and planning, organizing script creation, overseeing filming and post-production, managing project budgets, and being fully accountable for project costs and revenue.
• Familiar with the trends in the North American short-form drama market, able to gain insights into user demands, promptly identify popular themes, and seek innovation.
• Handle other internal and external collaboration and communication related to the project.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in English as a working language, with fluent spoken English. Candidates with work or living experience in North America and an understanding of North American pop culture are preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the film and television industry, familiar with the film and television production process. Candidates with experience in English-language film and television production or extensive industry resources are preferred.
• Strong content judgment, with familiarity of the domestic and international short-form content ecosystem being an advantage.
