What You'll Be Doing

  • Own product messaging and storytelling to shape how the market perceives the company.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution across all customer touchpoints (website, emails, ads, etc.).
  • Build and scale the marketing function from the ground up, focusing on growth and traction.
  • Collaborate closely with founders to align on product vision and marketing strategy.
  • Drive key marketing initiatives including website updates, product launches, and field marketing.
  • Experiment with growth strategies to optimize user acquisition and engagement.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.
  • Work across teams (engineering, sales, design) to ensure seamless marketing execution.
  • Develop and implement content for customer engagement and brand-building activities.

Who Is The Ideal Candidate

  • 4-8 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth companies
  • Strong startup experience, with a focus on execution and ownership
  • Proven track record in driving go-to-market strategies, product launches, and growth initiatives
  • Bonus: HR tech experience, personal side projects, or a strong personal brand (e.g., 10k+ subscribers)
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach and passion for building impactful marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
