What You'll Be Doing
Own product messaging and storytelling to shape how the market perceives the company.
Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution across all customer touchpoints (website, emails, ads, etc.).
Build and scale the marketing function from the ground up, focusing on growth and traction.
Collaborate closely with founders to align on product vision and marketing strategy.
Drive key marketing initiatives including website updates, product launches, and field marketing.
Experiment with growth strategies to optimize user acquisition and engagement.
Measure and analyze marketing performance to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.
Work across teams (engineering, sales, design) to ensure seamless marketing execution.
Develop and implement content for customer engagement and brand-building activities.

Who Is The Ideal Candidate
4-8 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth companies
Strong startup experience, with a focus on execution and ownership
Proven track record in driving go-to-market strategies, product launches, and growth initiatives
Bonus: HR tech experience, personal side projects, or a strong personal brand (e.g., 10k+ subscribers)
Self-starter with a hands-on approach and passion for building impactful marketing campaigns
Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
