What You'll Be Doing
- Own product messaging and storytelling to shape how the market perceives the company.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution across all customer touchpoints (website, emails, ads, etc.).
- Build and scale the marketing function from the ground up, focusing on growth and traction.
- Collaborate closely with founders to align on product vision and marketing strategy.
- Drive key marketing initiatives including website updates, product launches, and field marketing.
- Experiment with growth strategies to optimize user acquisition and engagement.
- Measure and analyze marketing performance to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.
- Work across teams (engineering, sales, design) to ensure seamless marketing execution.
- Develop and implement content for customer engagement and brand-building activities.

Who Is The Ideal Candidate
- 4-8 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth companies
- Strong startup experience, with a focus on execution and ownership
- Proven track record in driving go-to-market strategies, product launches, and growth initiatives
- Bonus: HR tech experience, personal side projects, or a strong personal brand (e.g., 10k+ subscribers)
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach and passion for building impactful marketing campaigns
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
