Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist
We’re looking for social media experts who enjoy online conversations, crafting content that connects, and maintaining safe and welcoming digital communities.
This is a remote position open to permanent residents in the USA. Available shifts include:
Days: 8AM–4PM North American Central Time
Evenings: 4PM–12AM North American Central Time
Overnights: 12AM–8AM North American Central Time
You must be scheduled for a mix of two of the three shifts throughout the week and on weekends. Availability restrictions or schedule limitations cannot be accommodated.
Responsibilities
Moderating and responding to comments across clients’ social channels using their brand voice.
Writing thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
Ensuring online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
Escalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed.
Becoming a true extension of clients’ brands – understanding their strategy, tone, and audience.
Qualifications
Native-level fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Exceptional written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English.
You live in the USA and are legally allowed to work here.
Open and available to work two of the three shifts, any day – including weekends.
Professional experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging.
Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences.
Strong knowledge of major social platforms and their features.
Interest in content across tech, retail, food, hospitality, or tourism; curiosity and engagement are important.
Organized, reliable, and with excellent customer service instincts.
Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.

Pay, Hours, and Schedule
Whether you’re looking for full-time (32-40 hours/week) or part-time (24-32 hours/week), there is a spot. Each shift is 8 hours; flexibility to work a mix of shifts and days is expected. The hourly pay range is $14.75 to $15.00 USD, with actual pay based on experience, knowledge, and skills.
