Marketing Manager Location: Metro Detroit Type: Part-Time (Full-Time Growth Potential) Experience Level: 2–3 years We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the creative and strategic execution of brand initiatives for our clients. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends creative production, digital marketing, and brand strategy. You’ll drive campaigns across every touchpoint—social, email, web, and beyond—ensuring brands stay consistent, compelling, and culturally relevant. Core Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies tailored to client goals. Design and produce creative assets in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (must-have skills). Build and manage content calendars across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency. Direct and optimize email marketing, campaign strategy, and paid activations. Track performance metrics and continuously refine creative and messaging. Requirements 2 years’ professional experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 1 year experience in healthcare or medical marketing. 1 year working with AI tools in creative/marketing workflows. Proficiency with major social platforms and editing software: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Pinterest, CapCut, Edits and related tools. Experience with web, CRM, and email platforms (Squarespace, HubSpot, Flodesk, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end brand initiatives and content production. Strong design eye, storytelling sensibility, and attention to detail. Excellent project management and cross-team coordination skills.
