At our startup, an AI‑driven company creating powerful, one‑click tools that enhance image and video quality using deep learning. Trusted by over a million creatives — including professionals at Apple, Netflix, NASA, and more — our technology has powered the processing of more than a billion images. We've grown revenue by 10x in the past four years, and we're just getting started.

We’re hiring a sharp, driven Product Specialist to:

  • Support users of our Video AI software by answering their questions and producing helpful resources like tutorials, videos, and documentation.
  • Spot opportunities to improve the user experience — and take ownership of turning those ideas into reality.

This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of product, support, and customer success. You'll gain hands‑on experience with how a fast‑moving team builds and scales a top‑tier tech product. High performers in this role naturally evolve into broader positions in product, marketing, or operations.

About Us

  • Rapid, meaningful growth: $3M → $48M revenue over the past six years
  • Over 1 million users, including teams at Google, NASA, and Nvidia
  • Featured in Fast Company, The Verge, BBC, Engadget, Mashable, and more
  • A high‑performing team that moves fast, prioritizes user experience, and promotes from within
  • Profitable and self‑sustaining — no need for outside funding

About You

  • You're a creative professional — a videographer, editor, or designer — who would use our tools in your own work.
  • Experience with AI‑powered tools or our Video AI app is a plus, but not required.
  • You understand (or are willing to learn) technical concepts like video formats and color space.
  • You're self‑motivated, with a strong work ethic and a bias toward action.
  • You think critically, communicate clearly, and focus on what really matters.
  • You write exceptionally well.
  • You're familiar with tools like Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, Nuke, or similar software.

Show Us

  • Samples of written guides or documentation you've created.
  • A reel or portfolio that showcases your editing or compositing skills.

Bonus Points If

  • You’ve read books like Delivering Happiness, Made to Stick, Setting the Table, or The Art and Science of Digital Compositing, or anything similar in the editing/compositing space.
