Product Specialist
to: Support users of our Video AI software by answering their questions and producing helpful resources like tutorials, videos, and documentation. Spot opportunities to improve the user experience — and take ownership of turning those ideas into reality. This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of product, support, and customer success. You'll gain hands‑on experience with how a fast‑moving team builds and scales a top‑tier tech product. High performers in this role naturally evolve into broader positions in product, marketing, or operations. About Us

You're a creative professional — a videographer, editor, or designer — who would use our tools in your own work. Experience with AI‑powered tools or our Video AI app is a plus, but not required. You understand (or are willing to learn) technical concepts like video formats and color space. You're self‑motivated, with a strong work ethic and a bias toward action. You think critically, communicate clearly, and focus on what really matters. You write exceptionally well. You're familiar with tools like Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, Nuke, or similar software. Show Us
Samples of written guides or documentation you've created. A reel or portfolio that showcases your editing or compositing skills. Bonus Points If
