We are growing rapidly and looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer partnerships, content programs, and creator community.

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, ShopLTK, and emerging platforms.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute influencer campaigns to boost awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers (nano → celebrity) aligned with our brand.
• Oversee gifting & affiliate programs, including TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube and ShopLTK.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships with creators and agencies.
• Track performance, ROI, and insights using influencer analytics tools.
• Grow and manage the Forever Bloom Skinfluencer Community.
• Stay ahead of social media and creator economy trends.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of influencer marketing experience (beauty, skincare, or lifestyle preferred).
• Strong relationships with creators and knowledge of TikTok/Instagram trends.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in platforms like social sprout or any other platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Passion for beauty and luxury branding.
• You have a solid track record in influencer marketing in the beauty space.
