At the heart of this initiative is the Amazon Ads Partner Growth Marketing Team. We enhance partner expertise, capabilities, and visibility through bespoke marketing programs that foster growth for advertisers, partners, and Amazon Ads. To further our mission, we're seeking a Strategic Partner Investment Lead to spearhead our partner marketing investment strategies, optimize joint funding frameworks, and shape the future of our partner growth programs.

The Strategic Partner Investment Lead will drive the transformation of our partner investment approach through innovative funding strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you'll develop comprehensive joint investment frameworks, create outcome-based measurement strategies, and forge opportunities that maximize ROI across our partner network.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in investment program management and optimization, combining deep understanding of marketing economics with data-driven approaches to value creation. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong analytical capabilities to evaluate opportunities and measure success. Above all, you should be passionate about driving measurable results through strategic partner investments.

Key job responsibilities

• Design and manage strategic investment programs that drive partner growth and measurable business outcomes

• Develop comprehensive frameworks for evaluating, allocating, and optimizing partner investments

• Create and implement measurement systems that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact

• Lead the strategic planning and utilization of partner funding initiatives across multiple investment categories

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align investment strategies with business priorities while maintaining program integrity

Basic Qualifications

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives

  • Knowledge of business development & marketing, product, and business intelligence team integration

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
