Cycle Studio General Manager – CycleBar

CycleBar is seeking a General Manager to lead our state‑of‑the‑arts studio in Scottsdale. The General Manager is passionate about fitness, focused on delivering a superior experience, and drives sales and revenue within the studio.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio membership sales and renewal goals, and drive ancillary service revenue.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads, including grass‑roots marketing and networking.
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to drive member acquisition and retention.
• Supervise studio staff schedules, CBX team training, and studio cleanliness and organization.
• Coach, train, and educate the CBX team on hospitality and sales conversion tactics.
• Collaborate with the Studio Owner on setting monthly, weekly, and daily targets to meet studio goals.
• Drive referral business through ambassadorship and a strong studio culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.
• Ability to manage and drive two revenue streams: memberships and retail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professional appearance.
• Passion for fitness and a strong hospitality mindset.
• Proficiency with computers and studio software.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary + commission based on experience and performance.
