What You’ll Do

  • Lead development of integrated media strategies that put the audience at the center, turning insights into media experiences that connect across paid, earned and owned touchpoints.
  • Own the planning and execution of media campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels, with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
  • Manage day‑to‑day client relationships with confidence, acting as a trusted advisor who brings clarity, perspective and proactive thinking to the table.
  • Translate client goals into clear, strategic briefs and collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, comms, analytics) to ensure alignment from start to finish.
  • Partner with analytics to shape test‑and‑learn approaches, evaluate media performance, and inform optimization strategies with insights, not just metrics.
  • Oversee budgets, media allocations and negotiations to deliver maximum impact and value.
  • Mentor and inspire fellow team members, fostering curiosity, collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Stay ahead of emerging media trends, bringing innovative ideas to the table before clients ask.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree at 5+ years of media experience (or equivalent).
  • A keen eye for detail – data, analytics, budgeting and forecasting are second nature to you.
  • Stellar organizational skills and a strategic mindset rooted in curiosity, creativity and data.
  • A love for team leadership, creative thinking and building long‑lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with platforms like MediaOcean/Prisma, SRDS, Google Campaign Manager, MRI/Simmons, etc.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has limited direct report management responsibilities.

Travel

  • Actual travel may vary based on client assignment and other factors.
  • This position may occasionally travel but typically will not exceed 10%.

Location

Open to candidates based in Milwaukee and Chicago.

Salary Range

$70,000‑90,000 annually. The provided salary range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this hire. The actual salary offered will be influenced by candidate experience and other job and market‑related factors.
