Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using modern frameworks and design methodologies
• Refactoring and modernizing legacy applications to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Supporting deployment and operations of applications on Debian-based Linux servers
• Configuring and optimizing Apache web servers for efficient application hosting
• Developing and maintaining Python, Bash, and other scripts for automation, deployment, and system management
• Collaborating in a manufacturing environment as part of a cross‑functional engineering team, working closely with electrical, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing professionals to deliver integrated solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant web development experience
• Proficiency in web development technologies including PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience with Debian-based Linux systems
• Familiarity with Apache configuration and operation
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating legacy applications to modern frameworks
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for web applications
• Basic understanding of network principles and configuration
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMWare, KVM, etc.)
