Multimedia Audio/Video and Desktop Support Specialist

Duration: 6+ months with potential to extend up to 2 years
Location: New York City, NY – 5 days onsite, 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Provide multimedia audio/video support, including expertise with Cisco, Zoom, MS Teams, and various camera and audio systems (60–70% of the role).
• Deliver desktop support services such as imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting (30–40% of responsibilities).
• Experience with trade floors or Bloomberg systems is preferred.
• Deliver white‑glove service to senior executives, ensuring high‑quality support and professionalism.
• Manage large‑room meetings and conferences efficiently.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate as a team player.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.

Interview Process

• 1st round: Phone interview with the Hiring Manager.
• 2nd round: Onsite interview with the Hiring Manager and team.
