UX Design Producer

This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours / week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA.

Summary

This role supports the end-to-end design process for internal-facing digital products, ensuring high-quality, user-centered experiences for global teams. The UX Design Producer will provide operational leadership, project oversight, and coordination across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, project management, or related fields
• Passion for human-centered design with a strong foundation in UX strategy, design lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient in design and project management tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence)
• Familiar with design systems, agile methodologies, and internal product development processes
• Skilled in collaborating with designers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Adept at creating structure from ambiguity and ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards

Job Description

In this role, you will drive the design project lifecycle, from concept to final engineering delivery. You'll partner with cross-functional teams-including design, engineering, and product stakeholders-to ensure seamless execution of design initiatives. This includes:

• Establishing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and constraints
• Coordinating design handoffs and ensuring deliverables meet requirements
• Acting as the primary point of contact between the design team and other stakeholders
• Supporting overall team success and enhancing the internal employee experience

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Background in UX, design strategy, product management, or related disciplines
• Experience leading large, complex projects and delivering high-quality digital products

This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA, and requires hybrid work.

Compensation

The pay for this W-2 position is $107.99 per hour.

This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) depending on tenure and hours worked.
