Job Type: 6 months (potential to extend)
Compensation Range: $24 - $26 per hour
Overview: Cella, the largest specialty beauty retailer in the United States, seeks a collaborative team player to develop, continuously improve, and activate first‑party audience programs within the retail media network. The specialist will plan, develop, and activate audience segmentation to reach the most valuable targets for brand partners.
Responsibilities:
- Create custom audiences by campaign and channel as required.
- Monitor and report audience results to prevent fatigue and inform future segmentation.
- Analyze customer journey data—digital engagement and in‑store purchase behavior—to uncover major pain points and opportunities.
- Leverage audience and journey insights to support planning and development of future media campaigns for brand partners.
- Work closely with Media Audience Strategy, Audience Product, Media Sales, and Account teams to translate business objectives into audience parameters.
- Collaborate with external ad agency and tech partners to align audience targeting strategy for precision and reach.
- Maintain audience delivery workflows across stakeholders in Monday.com, ensuring organized and timely delivery to media platforms.
- Incorporate A/B testing, analytics, market research, and consumer insights to assess audience segment impact and inform strategy.
- Stay informed of consumer, technology, and eCommerce trends to identify new audiences and prioritize future strategy.
- Recommend high‑impact audience segments that maximize ROAS for brand partners, adopting best practices in Retail Media Network advertising.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising.
- Experience building custom audiences based on first‑party data and leveraging AdTech/MarTech tools for activation or syndication.
- Ability to translate business objectives into custom audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with audience tool segmentation applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both in‑person and written.
- Self‑motivated to learn and produce independent solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing environment while remaining focused on execution.
- Strong experience with building custom audiences based on 1P data and customer insights analytics.
- Experience with LiveRamp, SAS CRM Management, or Adobe CDP.
