Job Title: Multimedia Audio/Video and Desktop Support Specialist

Location: New York City, NY - 5 Days onsite - (8-5pm)

We are seeking a talented individual for a dynamic role in the heart of New York City. This is a 6-month position with the potential to extend up to 2 years, offering a unique opportunity to work in one of the most vibrant cities in the world. The role requires a full-time, onsite commitment from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Job Responsibilities Provide multimedia audio/video support, including expertise with Cisco, Zoom, MS Teams, and various camera and audio systems, accounting for 60-70% of the role. Deliver desktop support services such as imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting, comprising 30-40% of the responsibilities. Experience with trade floors or Bloomberg systems is preferred. Deliver white glove service to senior executives, ensuring high-quality support and professionalism. Manage large room meetings and conferences efficiently. Communicate effectively and collaborate as a team player. Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively. Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus. Must have a Bachelor's degree Interview Process
1st round: Phone interview with the Hiring Manager. 2nd round: Onsite interview with the Hiring Manager and team.
