Influencer Marketing Associate

Location: Hybrid in NY

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team. In this key role, you will serve as a vital link between our diverse portfolio of fashion brands and a wide network of cross-platform influencers. You’ll play a critical role in building brand visibility within the creator community and executing both online and offline influencer campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for cultivating meaningful relationships that drive impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies by identifying and partnering with creators who align with the brand's voice and aesthetic. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including outreach, negotiation, and performance tracking. (Existing relationships with fashion influencers is a strong plus.)
  • Oversee the planning of influencer campaigns, including contract negotiation, budget management, and the establishment of KPIs to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Source top-performing influencers across social platforms, with a focus on fashion and footwear categories. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key creators, and develop a scalable influencer pool for fast‑turn campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams including Social Strategy, Brand, and Paid Media to ensure influencer initiatives align with broader marketing goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights, optimize strategy, and continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Who You Are

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within the fashion or apparel industry.
  • You're highly familiar with social media platforms and the fashion creator landscape, with a deep understanding of influencer communities and trends.
  • You have a proven track record of scaling creator programs, optimizing key performance metrics (KPIs), and managing program budgets efficiently.
  • You possess a strong grasp of the e‑commerce ecosystem, including strategies for driving traffic to both Amazon storefronts and DTC (direct‑to‑consumer) websites.
  • You are an excellent communicator and skilled negotiator, capable of building and nurturing long‑term relationships between brands and influencers.
  • You're passionate about marketing, naturally curious, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
