Base pay range: $102,900.00/yr – $135,075.00/yr.

Our Advanced Manufacturing Group delivers cost‑effective projects to specialty chemical, electric vehicle, manufacturing, metals, pulp and paper, and other markets.
We are looking for an experienced, high‑energy HVAC Designer to join our Building Mechanical team and help deliver innovative HVAC design solutions for our heavy industrial clients. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team performing field investigations, interfacing with clients and vendors, sizing and selecting equipment, and preparing construction design packages.
Responsibilities
Layout and design of HVAC systems.
Develop conceptual and preliminary design documents, including calculations, AFDs, P&IDs, and general arrangements.
Develop final construction documents for chilled water, cooling water, etc.
Coordinate with other disciplines.
Qualifications
At least ten (10) years of experience designing HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
Proficiency in Revit.
Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC system design.
Ability to work within a fast‑paced team environment and meet multiple deadlines.
Ability to collaborate with the project team remotely.
Desired Skills
Software experience in AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.
Experience designing plumbing/utility systems.
