Base Pay Range $102,900.00/yr – $135,075.00/yr

The Advanced Manufacturing Group supports clients in specialty chemical, electric vehicle, manufacturing, metals, pulp and paper, and related markets with cost‑effective, transformative projects.
Responsibilities
Layout and design of HVAC systems.
Develop conceptual and preliminary design documents, including sizing calculations, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements.
Prepare final construction documents for systems such as chilled water and cooling water.
Coordinate with other disciplines and manage the schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks.
Requirements
At least ten (10) years’ experience in HVAC system design for industrial facilities.
Proficiency in Revit.
Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC system design.
Adaptability to a fast‑paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
Remote collaboration skills with the project team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.
Design experience in plumbing/utility systems.
