As Associate Director, Marketing Lifecycle Analytics, you’ll lead the development of marketing plans and behavioral models that drive growth, optimize investment, and align with enterprise goals.
Overview
This role leads the Onboarding, Retention, and Loyalty team within Consumer Data, Insights & Analytics. You’ll partner with marketing, analytics, and product teams to develop strategic plans, forecast performance, and guide investment decisions across channels and campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead retention, onboarding, and loyalty strategy , including budget allocations, channel mix modeling, and performance projections Develop learning agenda
in collaboration with stakeholders, focused on the externalities of individual campaigns Collaborate with rest of Lifecycle Marketing Analytics team
to coordinate analytics across all multiple LOBs Translate insights into strategic recommendations , guiding investment decisions and optimization strategies Monitor campaign performance
against plan, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for adjustment Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis , helping leadership evaluate trade-offs and strategic options Present plans and forecasts to senior stakeholders , influencing marketing strategy and resource allocation Ensure alignment across teams , acting as a central point of coordination for acquisition planning and performance tracking Impact

Master's degree in economics, math, statistics, computer science, or related field 7+ years of experience in marketing planning, forecasting, or performance analytics 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional planning initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders 2+ years leading a team of data scientists Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries Familiarity with modeling, predictive analytics, and scenario planning Experience with marketing performance dashboards and campaign analytics Comfort working in matrixed environments and managing multiple priorities Work at Home Information
Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps recommended; wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections can be used only if approved by leadership Associates in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive bi-weekly internet expense reimbursement Humana will provide telephone equipment appropriate to meet business requirements Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information Virtual Pre-Screen
Utilization of HireVue technology for initial screening; participants will answer questions via text over ~15 minutes Selected applicants will receive a text invitation for a HireVue pre-screen; responses reviewed prior to next step Applicants may be asked to provide their social security number; instructions will be emailed securely via Humana’s website Travel
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours
40 Pay Range
The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $142,300 – $195,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance. Description of Benefits
