Associate Director, Marketing Lifecycle Analytics
Humana is looking for a strategic, data‑driven leader to guide the transformation of member marketing across their lifecycle. In this role, you will lead the development of marketing plans and behavioral models that drive growth, optimize investments, and align with enterprise goals.
Base Pay Range $142,300.00 per year - $195,700.00 per year
Responsibilities
Develop and lead retention, onboarding, and loyalty strategies, including budget allocations, channel mix modeling, and performance projections.
Create a learning agenda in collaboration with stakeholders, focusing on the externalities of individual campaigns.
Coordinate analytics across multiple lines of business within the Lifecycle Marketing Analytics team.
Translate insights into strategic recommendations, guiding investment decisions and optimization strategies.
Monitor campaign performance against plans, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for adjustment.
Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to help leadership evaluate trade‑offs.
Present plans and forecasts to senior stakeholders, influencing marketing strategy and resource allocation.
Ensure alignment across teams, acting as a central point of coordination for acquisition planning and performance tracking.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing planning, forecasting, or performance analytics.
2+ years of experience leading cross‑functional planning initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
2+ years leading a team of data scientists.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with modeling, predictive analytics, and scenario planning.
Experience with marketing performance dashboards and campaign analytics.
Comfort working in matrixed environments and managing multiple priorities.
Work‑from‑Home Information All home office associates must have a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps. Telephone equipment and a dedicated, interruption‑free workspace that protects member PHI/HIPAA information are provided as required. Associates in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota receive a bi‑weekly reimbursement for Internet expenses.
Travel While this position is remote, occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
