The Role We’re hiring a
Marketing Coordinator
to help us create and execute marketing campaigns that turn awareness into pipeline. You’ll work directly with the Founder and CEO to distribute content, launch ads, manage our newsletter, support partner programs, and grow inbound interest in Forgeworks.
This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for someone who loves connecting creative marketing with measurable growth.
What You’ll Do Content + Campaigns
Build and publish weekly content across LinkedIn, email, and our website
Repurpose customer success stories and project outcomes into case studies
Launch the Forgeworks newsletter and grow its subscriber base
Support webinar planning, partner spotlights, and community events
Paid + Organic Growth
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
Track UTMs, lead sources, and campaign performance in HubSpot
Coordinate with creative partners for visuals and video assets
Partnership + Referral Marketing
Manage partner outreach lists and referral campaigns
Coordinate co-marketing with existing clients and partners
Analytics + Optimization
Report weekly on inbound traffic, leads, and marketing KPIs
Maintain HubSpot dashboards and data quality for marketing attribution
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or RevOps environments
Strong writing and communication skills
Comfortable with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Excited to learn from and collaborate closely with a founder who leads strategy
