About The Role
As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will bridge the gap between media and creative, ensuring seamless alignment between the two. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving creative strategy across a variety of projects and client portfolios. With a deep understanding of the landscape between media and creative disciplines, this role demands a proactive approach to developing strategies that not only meet creative and strategic objectives but also drive measurable commercial success.

What You Will Be Doing
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive creative strategies that align with both client goals and Precis's commercial objectives.
Direct and coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary teams, optimising the collaboration to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Assist in managing, prioritising, and delegating tasks for both yourself and junior team members, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met efficiently.
Produce creative briefs, host ideation sessions, and manage the communication and coordination between media and creative.
Conduct in‑depth performance analyses and competitive research, translating findings into actionable strategies that drive business growth and client retention.
Develop and present strategic solutions to stakeholders and clients, clearly highlighting insights and business value.
Represent the creative strategy team in client meetings, pitches, and presentations, showcasing the team's strategic capabilities and delivering persuasive, impactful solutions.
Identify and drive new creative initiatives that have an impact on client satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
Advanced understanding of full‑funnel marketing strategies, creative processes, digital marketing/media platforms, and data analysis tools – along with a strong understanding of their commercial impact and ability to integrate these methods into practice.
Strong analytical skills, with a deep capacity to interpret complex data and market trends, translating them into informed, impactful strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging and influencing various stakeholders.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record in managing complex projects and cross‑functional teams.
Strategic foresight and a proactive approach to market changes and client needs, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively.
Commitment to professional growth and development of self and others, nurturing talent within the team to achieve collective success.
Proficiency in developing and delivering compelling pitches and presentations that win new business, strengthen client relationships, and drive commercial success.

The annual salary bracket for this role is $105 000 - $130 000.
