Job Description

The Graphic Designer 3 role at client focuses on driving the visual appearance of products and branded communications. The position plays a critical part in developing original graphic designs that align with the company's brand ethos and supports cross-functional teams through various project phases, from ideation to final production. This is a graphics-focused role, requiring hands‑on involvement in print, packaging, 3D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, and collateral materials, as well as active file and project management in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create original graphic designs reflecting the brand’s ethos and design direction.
  • Lead and participate in team projects, independently completing design assignments.
  • Develop print, packaging, 3D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, and other collateral materials.
  • Conduct ideation, concept development, and branding sessions for seasonal graphic schematics.
  • Rapidly explore graphic directions and present design options for partners across multiple, overlapping projects.
  • Upload and manage files within internal systems for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure project schematics and PRs are current and ready for hand‑off.
  • Organize and maintain design files across Box and other company systems.
  • Oversee project management from initial briefing to production and delivery, including timeline and budget management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers: arrange purchases, develop evaluation criteria, assess vendors, and recommend production alternatives.
  • Serve as a liaison among internal teams (design, marketing, product) and outside agencies to ensure clear communication and deliverables.

Must Have

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of directly relevant experience.
  • Advanced graphic design skills and proficiency in industry‑standard design software.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from ideation to final production.
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience in digital file management across platforms.
  • Budget management and cost estimation capabilities.
  • Experience working with suppliers and vendor management.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in apparel or consumer goods industries, especially with seasonal and multi‑project environments.
  • Familiarity with 3D retail or environmental design.
  • Experience working with Box or similar file organization platforms.
  • Master’s, PhD, or relevant higher education degree (may substitute for some years of experience).
  • Experience working with global suppliers and multi‑cultural teams.
  • Agility and adaptability in high‑paced corporate design settings.
