What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Assist in identifying, planning, and executing qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand user needs and discover experience improvements
• Translate business needs and stakeholder requests into clear research objectives and tasks
• Synthesize research results and deliver impactful presentations to the team and broader organization
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to drive design vision and strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and contribute to user experience solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, Engineering, or related field; or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in a UX Researcher or equivalent role
• Demonstrated ability to learn and implement various UX research methodologies
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Experience with UX research methods such as usability studies and surveys

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health
• Experience conducting inclusive research that reflects cultural diversity
• Familiarity with both physical and digital product spaces
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, or Sketch
• Understanding of HTML capabilities and limitations
