Senior Associate, Local Marketing – Humana
Base Pay Range: $94,900.00/yr – $130,500.00/yr

Key Role Functions
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, address operational challenges, drive campaign development and facilitate effective communication.
Assist in the crafting, planning, coordination, and execution of local marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with established timelines and deliverables.
Leverage data and insights to tailor market selection, target audience, campaign selection and optimize performance by market.
Oversee budgets, timelines and deliverables to ensure successful campaign launches, monitoring performance, analyzing metrics, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Partner with Market Research on consumer research initiatives and Marketing & Analytics on measurement strategies.
Practice intellectual curiosity by proactively seeking to understand Humana’s Medicare business, local market dynamics, competitors, and opportunities for sales and growth.
Manage local marketing calendars, budgets, timelines and projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product, field, or brand marketing, preferably within a large, matrixed organization.
Strong project management skills with experience managing local marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign execution.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong storytelling ability and proficiency in developing compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate campaign strategies, results, and recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with the Medicare landscape, regulatory environment and competitive marketplace.
Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation to maximize marketing impact.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to analyze competitive activity and identify emerging opportunities.
Enthusiasm for learning and applying new concepts in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Strong time management and presentation skills.
Good collaborator and adaptable.

Self‑provided internet for Home/Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet minimum: 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload, wired/wireless/DSL connection; satellite, cellular or microwave only if approved by leadership.
Employees who live and work from Home in California, Illinois, Montana or South Dakota will receive a bi‑weekly payment for their internet expense.
