Marketing department

focuses on building and promoting the W&D brand to ensure that everyone understands the benefits of W&D. Our specialized marketing experts collaborate to provide excellent service internally and externally. Our specialties include Brand & Content, Creative, Marketing Strategy & Planning, Digital (Web, Email and Advertising), PR/Social Media, Events, and Operations and Analytics. The Impact You Will Have A senior-level content strategist responsible for leading content marketing across the financial services business. This individual sets the tone, direction, and roadmap for content initiatives aligned with business lines, growth, and brand. Primary Responsibilities Strategy Ownership: Develop and evolve a long-term content strategy supporting business line goals and growth. Executive Interaction: Collaborate with business line leaders and attend business meetings to define the content strategy. Leadership: Manage and mentor the content team, including business line contributors, and external agencies. Editorial Governance: Oversee adherence to brand voice, editorial standards, and regulatory compliance across all content. Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to business lines, legal, digital marketing, social media and PR, and the creative team. Thought Leadership: Drive high-level thought leadership campaigns by attending business line meetings and keeping up with the trends for specific business lines. Attendance is generally required from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm local time, Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 7+ years of content marketing/editorial experience required, with a minimum of 4+ years in financial services highly preferred. Proven leadership and people management experience. Deep understanding of financial services. Strong portfolio of executive-level thought leadership and integrated content campaigns. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Strategic Planning Executive Communication Financial Services and Competitor Knowledge Performance Optimization Leadership & Team Development Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders This position has an estimated base salary of $110,000 - $130,000 plus discretionary bonus. An employment offer is based on the applicant’s relevant work experience, applicable knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
