In this position, you will drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retailer partners. This role will help you enhance your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a rewarding company. Duties and Responsibilities Perform sales and service to consumers demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products. Support and implement strategic marketing initiatives and promotional activities. Maintain contact with store associates and management to build relationships. Monitor sales and analyze results to identify opportunities and understand competition. Participate in TTI training programs and apply acquired skills. Provide in-store product training and demonstrations. Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management. Plan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc. Develop knowledge of the marketplace to analyze market potential and competitive data. Maintain store and product aesthetics through merchandising and proper inventory management. Participate in resets and merchandising installations to update or expand brand presence. Sell directly to customers in retail environments. Note: Duties may vary and additional responsibilities may be assigned. All employees are expected to meet company goals for continual improvement. Job/Employment Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service. Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid U.S. driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience. Ability to pass background and Motor Vehicle Report checks. Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance. Relocation may be required for future promotions. Availability to work nights and weekends. Ability to work full-time in a retail environment, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as reaching and climbing. Proficiency in MS Office. Self-motivated, team-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills. Compensation and Benefits Starting hourly wage between $22.59 and $25.00, with overtime eligibility. Annual salary approximately $47,000 to $52,000. Sales contests, incentives, vehicle allowance, and other benefits.
