Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Location and Remote Work Remote work opportunity requires that a candidate live in the United States. Travel will be necessary for face-to-face time spent with prospective and existing customers, industry events and conferences, and company meetings.
What You’ll Do
Develop and lead Bluewave's content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand voice, target personas, and business priorities
Create and manage a wide range of content including blogs, white papers, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts
Partner with subject matter experts to capture insights and turn them into engaging, audience-focused content
Manage Bluewave's website, ensuring content is fresh, optimized for SEO and AIO, and structured for a seamless user experience
Execute digital campaigns across web, email, and paid channels, working closely with the Demand Generation Manager to align efforts
Oversee content calendars and campaign timelines to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across all digital touchpoints
Monitor and report on content and digital campaign performance, using analytics to inform ongoing optimization
Research and stay current on industry trends, competitive positioning, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve programs
Perform all other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign marketing, or account-based marketing (technology or services industry experience preferred)
Proven track record of designing and executing integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and deliver measurable results
Strong understanding of buyer journeys, account-based strategies, and lead management best practices
Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging and campaign assets
Highly organized and detail‑oriented; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills with cross‑functional teams, particularly sales and product marketing
Creative thinker with a proactive, results‑oriented approach
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation and Benefits
$90,000-$115,000 base, depending on experience
