Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
As a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation for Bluewave Technology Group, you will build and execute engaging marketing programs that accelerate growth with new and existing clients. Working closely with the CMO, you will help shape campaign strategy, messaging, and execute programs to reach buyers at the right time in their buying journey. You are a results-driven marketer who brings a mix of creativity, campaign planning expertise, and strong collaboration skills to successfully lead integrated programs across our teams.
What You'll Do
Design and execute demand generation and account-based campaigns that drive both new customer acquisition and growth within existing accounts
Develop integrated campaigns in partnership with the CMO, including messaging frameworks, audience targeting, sequencing, and sales alignment
Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, direct mail, and nurture programs
Plan, promote, and execute webinars to build awareness, educate prospects, and generate qualified leads
Partner with sales and field teams to provide post-event support
Manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot), ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently
Build strong partnerships with Sales to deliver enablement tools
Collaborate with Solution Advisory team to identify thought-leadership themes and trends to incorporate in campaigns
Establish and manage lead scoring, routing, and nurture programs to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Perform all other duties as assigned
Remote Work This remote work opportunity requires that a candidate live in the United States. Travel will be necessary for face-to-face time spent with prospective and existing customers, industry events and conferences, and company meetings.

What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign marketing, or account-based marketing (technology or services industry experience preferred)
Proven track record of designing and executing integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and deliver measurable results
Strong understanding of buyer journeys, account-based strategies, and lead management best practices
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging and campaign assets
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and product marketing
Creative thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation And Benefits
$100,000-$120,000 base, depending on experience
