The
Personal Lines Producer
is a driven, customer-focused sales professional responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships. This role is critical in helping individuals and families find the right coverage for their homes, autos, and personal property. You’ll be the face of our agency, guiding clients through coverage options and building lasting trust.
Responsibilities:
Connect with People:
Build lasting relationships with clients by listening to their needs and helping them find the right personal insurance coverage. Grow the Business:
Reach out to new leads, follow up on referrals, and look for opportunities to cross-sell additional policies. Guide Clients:
Walk clients through quotes, policy options, and renewals—making insurance easy to understand. Stay Organized:
Keep accurate records, follow up on applications, and ensure clients have what they need every step of the way. Keep Learning:
Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and carrier updates so you can always offer the best advice. Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire) Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities Tech-savvy High school diploma or equivalent
