Workforce Innovation & Communications Manager , you will lead IMCOR’s mechanical trades apprenticeship program, manage our social media and digital brand presence, and support the integration of AI tools into business operations. This is a highly collaborative and creative role, ideal for a self-starter with a passion for people, systems, and storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of our state-registered mechanical trades apprenticeship program. Coordinate curriculum delivery, testing schedules, instructor communications, and apprentice evaluations. Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and track apprentice progress. Liaise with schools, state apprenticeship agencies, and internal stakeholders. Social Media & Marketing Communication (35%) Create, schedule, and manage content for IMCOR’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Develop branded visuals, videos, and messaging using tools like Canva or Adobe Express. Collaborate with leadership to promote internal initiatives, employee stories, recruiting events, and project highlights. Track engagement metrics and make data-driven recommendations. AI Integration & Operational Innovation (25%) Research and recommend AI tools to enhance business functions (e.g., HR workflows, marketing, training). Assist with prompt writing, light automations, and documenting best practices. Lead small pilots or training sessions on AI usage across departments. What We're Looking For: Experience managing programs in education, trades, or workforce development. Strong digital fluency and comfort using creative platforms (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Zapier is a plus. Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills. Passion for skilled trades, innovation, and building the next generation of talent. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a program management, marketing, or training/development role. Background in trades education, communications, instructional design, or technology integration. Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
